Yasuki Tanaka is the creator of the Japanese manga series Summer Time Rendering. From October 2017 to February 2021, it appeared in the digital magazine Shnen Jump+ published by Shueisha. From April to September 2022, OLM aired a television series featuring anime. Additionally announced were a live-action movie, an actual escape game, and a video game.
After his parents passed away, Shinpei Ajiro spent his formative years living with the Kofune sisters Ushio and Mio before moving to Tokyo to live alone. When he learns that Ushio drowned two years later, he goes back to his homeland on Hitogashima Island in Wakayama Prefecture to attend her funeral.
When Shinpei noticed that Ushio had choke marks on her neck, indicating that she had been strangled, he began to have doubts.
Shinpei, who is currently troubled by her “ghost,” collaborates with Mio in an effort to learn the truth about what really happened to Ushio in order to maybe shield the villagers from a sinister, dark mystery.
